I would like this a lot better if it actually knew about some of my favorite groups. How could they not have Belcanto or In The Nursery in their databanks?!? Also, the stuff they come up with isn't all that accurate many times, either. For example - I tried creating a "Dead Can Dance" station, and guess what the second song was - a Hootie and the Blowfish tune! O.o Explain that one to me, please.

The one it's done 50-50 with is the "Hooverphonic" station I created. There's been some good stuff on there, and then....there was the Brittany Spears tune that came up. O.o WTF?!?!? Needless to say, as I started bleeding from my ears, I quickly clicked the "OMG, never play that tune again, or a gateway to Hell will open up and the Apocalypse will begin."

Anyway - not so happy with pandora.com. I much prefer musicmap.com - you don't get to hear a sample song from the groups that pop up, but having gone searching for music by the groups that do, I've found it to be very good at recommending other groups/artists you'll like based on the one you enter in.
